At the diploma exhibition of the Art Academy Munich, 2010
Margrieta Ivanisevic, born Wever, is a Dutch artist and author.
Wever studied to become a teacher in fine arts in 1997 and 1998 at the „Hogeschool Rotterdam en Omstreken“ and studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich from 2006 on, under the guidance of Professor Klaus vom Bruch. She received her diploma in 2010.
The central themes in her work are color and restyling a certain image or picture. Small details become bigger, opaque color surfaces and the subject is taken out of its usual context to replace it in a new one, changing the point of view entirely and putting it in the center of attention. She is inspired by a meriad of her impressions of the world from her time as an international model, unisono to the obvious antithesis of the clear childlike and untouched influences of her two sons.
She now lives in Wiesbaden with her two sons.

Margrieta Ivanisevic, geb.
